Eat Out and Help Out

Welcome to the new look, new way Rosebourne restaurant. A carefully spaced version of our restaurant, which we feel will allow us to cautiously reopen, whilst looking after the safety and well-being of our guests and team.

You will notice a number of changes, please read the important information below.

We will initially only open our Terrace and Conservatory with approximately 2 metres between tables and in areas where we can be open to fresh air and close to our wonderful plants!

We will start with a small menu to enable our teams to work safely in our kitchen and bar areas, but will broaden this with time and experience so please bear with us. To help with distancing, we will not be providing full table service, instead we will direct you to a table, which will be individually numbered. When you have made your menu choice you can walk up to one of our order points , which will be manned behind safety screens. Here you can order and pay for your food and drinks. Our staff will then bring your food and drinks to the table. We will be encouraging those with smart phones to scan our QR code so that you can see our menus digitally for safety. However disposable paper menus will also be available.

We will no longer be able to accept cash at this time for health and safety reasons.

For the next 6 months we will be issuing vouchers to the equivalent of up to 15% of your restaurant bill (excluding any alcohol). On your next visit this voucher can be spent on anything in store (excluding the butchers) and is valid for 4 weeks from the date issued.

You can walk in as usual and you will be directed to a table in our spacious layout, alternatively at Aldermaston and Weyhill we have allocated approximately half the restaurant for pre-booked tables, but when fully booked there will still be the opportunity to walk in and take one of the tables not allocated for bookings, particularly suitable for those people just wanting a coffee and cake. We will only be accepting booking via the web site and not able to take bookings over the phone. There is no table booking service available at Hampton-in-Arden.

If you’ve booked online please do try to arrive on time so that your table is not held for too long, otherwise we’ll have to release the table after 15 minutes. The current government guidelines means that we will be required to record you name and contact number for “track & trace” purposes.

Unfortunately, we won’t be able to take group sizes over 6 for the time being, to help everybody’s safety.
Finally, although we’ve had to adapt to these new times we will still be producing fresh, wholesome and delicious food, sourced locally where ever possible!
