Becky’s Beezzzs

Based less than seven miles away from Rosebourne Weyhill, these local honeybee farmers have over 100 colonies sited in apiaries across Berkshire and Hampshire. Becky and her team produce a variety of delicious honeys made by bees that have been left to forage on the heather of the New Forest. Full of flavour, Becky’s honey helps give our cakes their delicious sweetness. DASH accredited, all of Becky’s bees are kept in good health.

Bourne Valley Fruit Farm

Bourne Valley Fruit Farm is a family farm near the village of St Mary Bourne. As the fruit and vegetables are handpicked straight from the farm, you can be sure of the quality and freshness. Browse our seasonal range from Bourne Valley in our Food Hall at our Weyhill store.

Burbidge’s Bakery

Established in 1901, Burbidge’s are a fourth generation craft baker located three miles from Rosebourne Weyhill. Using only the highest quality ingredients, Burbidge’s prides itself on the freshness of all its products and specialises in traditional baked bread and morning goods. Committed to quality and consistency, Steve and his team use dough that has been left to ferment for 16 hours, allowing the development of a rich flavour, giving our sandwiches an exquisite taste.

Chalice Mead

Like many other ventures Chalice Mead was founded on a dream, a desire to reconnect with nature and to promote ancient mead heritage, bringing it fully into the modern age and, at the same time, supporting the bee populations in the UK and beyond. Mike Wagstaff, the founder, turned his dream into a reality and started a new business venture infusing the Mead with different ingredients such as caramel, nettle, chilli and elderflower to add a modern twist to an old drink.

Charlotte Brown’s Homemade Preserves

Charlotte Brown’s Handmade Preserves are incredibly popular in our Food Hall at our Weyhill store. Each preserve has been lovingly handmade by Charlotte in small batches in her own kitchen. Using recipes handed down from her mother, Charlotte uses local produce and many of the ingredients come from her own garden or friends’ allotments. Claytons Eggs

Claytons Eggs is a local, Hampshire-based farm company that has been supplying the finest, free range eggs across the region and neighbouring counties for over 10 years. Clayton’s fresh eggs are full of flavour, coming from well-kept, nurtured chickens who are free to roam across large open fields and fed without using any artificial flavours, colouring or hormones.

Coast to Kitchen

Our fishmonger, Coast to Kitchen, provides us with a huge variety of fresh high quality fish including salmon, fish mix, sea bass and naturally smoked haddock. We recommend the dressed crab, peeled prawns, crayfish tails and lobster soups. The frozen range is perfect for stocking up your freezer. Coast to Kitchen is always offering our customers something new and different to what you might find in the supermarket.


COOK was founded in 1997 by Edward Perry and Dale Penfold. They may have been a small company back then, but they had big dreams: to make the best frozen meals on the planet and be a force for good in society. Great British Biscotti

Located in Dorset, the Great British Biscotti Company is a small artisan bakery which offers a new and innovative take on the popular biscotti. The team have developed a delicious range of biscotti flavours – both sweet and savoury – available in the traditional dunking finger format and the slightly different biscotti crouton.

Hattingley Valley Wines

Hattingley Valley is one of the most respected producers of English sparkling wines in the country. Established in 2008 by Simon Robinson, Hattingley Valley manages over 24 hectares of vines. From the grapes nurtured on Hampshire chalk, to the delicious sparkling wine made unique by the elegant touch of oak, the team prides itself in the quality of its work and outstanding end product. The vines are nurtured throughout the growing year with an environmentally sensitive approach to viticulture that ensures optimum ripeness, yield and fruit quality. Internationally renowned for their skill and dedication, Hattingley Valley has won a number of awards including the Gold Sommelier Wine awards 2016 and the trophy for best sparkling Rose at the UKVA awards. They were also announced the best UK winemakers at the same awards.

Hill Farm Juice

Hill Farm has been pressing juice since the 1970s as part of a substantial fruit farm supplying apples and pears to supermarkets. Located within a micro climate in the stunning South Downs National Park, Hill Farm is the perfect spot for quality juice making. Each apple is carefully selected and pressed by Will Dobson and his highly skilled team. Their delicious juice is then gently pasteurised and immediately bottled to keep it fresh and rich in flavour. Pressed with both passion and care, Hill Farm Juice has been commended at the Great Taste awards, Hampshire Farmers’ Markets Drinks Producer and National Fruit Show, and supplies some of the South’s finest hotels, restaurants and retail outlets.

Isle of Wight Gin

The Isle of Wight Distillery creates a range of high quality, hand-crafted spirits for discerning and adventurous spirit drinkers who demand exceptional flavours and authenticity. The signature smooth delivery and layered complexity of their spirits is achieved through a small batch slow distillation using local and sustainable ingredients to create an expression of the beautiful island of the Isle of Wight.

Isle of Wight Tomatoes

Tomatoes have been growing in the rich and fertile Arreton Valley for more than 30 years. The Island’s unique maritime climate and extra sunshine hours make it the perfect place to grow tomatoes. The Tomato Stall’s southern location on the Isle of Wight boasts some of the best sunshine levels in the UK, helping them grow some of Britain’s tastiest tomatoes.

Mozzo Coffee

Mozzo Coffee was established in 2005 by Grant Lang and has quickly built a reputation for supplying premium coffee to some of the country’s leading hospitality companies. We responsibly source the very best coffee beans which are slowly roasted to create a deep rich flavour, creating a perfect coffee to enjoy at breakfast, lunch or with a piece of cake in the afternoon at Rosebourne.

Mr Whitehead's Cider Company

Since the age of 15 Angus Whitehead has been making the most of the fruits of his garden using recipes handed down through the generations. Most of the apples used by Mr Whitehead’s Cider Company are grown in their orchard, located in the heart of Hampshire (and supplemented with apples grown in the South of England). The orchard is a stone’s throw from the production site. Mr Whitehead’s Cider Company prides itself on the fact that nothing is added to or removed from the cider during production so the result is a natural crisp cider, bursting with apple flavour. Red Bluff Farm Microgreens

Red Bluff Farm is a small, family run, market garden situated in the heart of Hampshire. The team operate on small-scale food production systems, combining regenerative design and sustainable organic practices. It is their hope that this will help restore a seemingly lost connection with the land that the current food system imparts and reconnect both farmers and local consumers with seasonal food production. Their aim is to grow healthy, nutrient dense food that not only tastes delicious but improves the soil ecosystem in return. The team follow the latest No-Dig philosophy and use minimal hand preparation throughout the farm, improving yield through intensive planting techniques and improving efficiency with the latest hand tools and appropriate technology.

Test Brewing

What happens when four blokes sit down in a pub and decide that they can make a better beer than the one they are currently drinking? The answer? A lot more than they bargained for, a tonne of hard work and a considerable chunk of change. Based in the heart of the Test Valley in the Hampshire village of Broughton, Test Brewing was set up by four friends and specialises in quality real ale in cask and bottle.

Test Valley Gin

Test Valley Gin started in February 2017 and has grown from strength to strength ever since. Each bottle is handcrafted by Kate in her grandad’s kitchen in the Test Valley. Each delicious gin is carefully infused with homegrown fresh herbs in small batches on the banks of the River Test. It’s local, subtle and fabulous!

The Cold Pressed Oil Company Limited

Established in 2012, The Cold Pressed Oil Company produces one of the most natural and versatile oil selections available on the market. Based at Clare Park Farm in the idyllic Hampshire countryside, all of the seeds used to produce this additive-free cold pressed rapeseed oil are grown on site. Using the traditional method of cold pressing, The Cold Pressed Oil team are able to extract the oil from the seed without losing any of its natural goodness. As a result, this award-winning Pure Extra Virgin Rapeseed Oil is both luxuriously smooth and deliciously nutty making it the ideal accompaniment to any dish. Awarded the Great Taste Gold Star award in 2014, The Cold Pressed Oil Company has extended its range to include two dressings, an infusion range and a new sauce range.

Wessex Wild Plum Company

The Wessex Wild Plum Company produces and distributes award-winning drinks which are made to traditional recipes and with artisan methods, slowly produced using only plums, a delicate gin and fine sugar. The team use fruit from the plum family, growing and harvesting fruit from their own orchards, in which they have nearly 2,000 plum trees of 12 different varieties. They are enjoyed throughout the year, both on their own and as a distinctive plum flavour in other drinks.

Winchester Distillery

Nestling at the western end of the South Downs Way surrounded by rolling countryside and meandering chalk streams lies Winchester, an ancient city rich in history and steeped in tradition. At the Winchester Distillery we seek to enrich this heritage by crafting small-batch, premium spirits using traditional methods and native botanicals sourced from the surrounding landscape.

Upham Brewery

Upham Brewery’s fine real ales are crafted in the grounds of a picturesque 17th century farmstead on the South Downs by our small, passionate and dedicated team. We combine our experience and quest for great taste with our own chalk-purified Hampshire water and the very best British and international hops. The result is a selection of fine real ales, each with a unique character that is full of flavour.
