The award-winning Andwell Brewery is based in a former trout smoke house in the idyllic riverside hamlet of Andwell in Hampshire. The team are committed to using the finest ingredients and combine best floor-malted English Maris Otter barley with chalk aquifer-percolated water, rich in natural ions and goodness to create their mash. Once in the Brew Kettle, they add carefully selected hop varieties, specially chosen for their distinctive aroma and bittering qualities. Beautifully crafted Hampshire beers.
The multi award-winning Binghams Brewery, located in the Berkshire village of Twyford, opened its doors in 2010. Laithwaites began in 1969 when geography student Tony Laithwaite took a job washing bottles in Bordeaux and fell in love with wine and the people who make it. When he borrowed a van to share their delicious wines with friends and neighbours at home, things went so well that hundreds of little wineries all around the world were soon queuing to take part. We are so excited to be offering Laithwaites Wines at Rosebourne.
Since the age of 15 Angus Whitehead has been making the most of the fruits of his garden using recipes handed down through the generations. Most of the apples used by Mr Whitehead’s Cider Company are grown in their orchard, located in the heart of Hampshire (and supplemented with apples grown in the South of England). The orchard is a stone’s throw from the production site. Mr Whitehead’s Cider Company prides itself on the fact that nothing is added to or removed from the cider during production so the result is a natural crisp cider, bursting with apple flavour. Buy Mr Whitehead’s Cider from our Aldermaston and Weyhill food halls.
