COOK was founded in 1997 by Edward Perry and Dale Penfold. They may have been a small company back then, but they had big dreams: to make the best frozen meals on the planet and be a force for good in society.
Now, almost 20 years on COOK still makes every dish by hand in their kitchens in Kent and Somerset, using the same ingredients and techniques a good cook would at home, so everything looks and tastes homemade.
They are involved at every stage: from sourcing and cooking the ingredients, to freezing and labelling the dishes, and selling the finished product in the shops.
The team runs on passion, care and teamwork to produce delicious, stress-free meals. They cook, so you don’t have to.
