Unfortunately, due to the amount of fresh food that is for sale at Rosebourne, we regret that only assistance dogs are permitted inside the store. However we are dog friendly and bowls of water will be provided outside the store if required.
Our restaurant serves a variety of meals throughout the day, from a light snack or refreshing beverage, to a leisurely lunch or luxurious afternoon tea. As our guests are joining us for varying lengths of time, we therefore do not take reservations. Please note that tables do turn around quickly and your host will always seat you as soon as possible.

Our restaurant can seat up to 150 people at any one time. Although we do not take reservations, it would be helpful if you could give us advanced notice if you are a party of 10 or more.
Yes, of course. Please remember, however, that we cannot take bookings and will seat people on a first come, first serve basis. While we cannot guarantee that large parties will be seated together, we recommend giving us advanced notice if you are a party of 10 or more.
Our peak time is at 2pm when lunch service is coming to a close and our afternoon tea customers start to arrive.

Rosebourne can deliver anywhere within a 50-mile radius. Our deliveries are managed by a third party. This means that our pricing is based on a collected basis and there will be a fair and reasonable charge for all home deliveries.
Yes, of course. Any product with a valid receipt and in its original condition (including labels and packaging) can be returned in store within 28 days of the original purchase date.
