Based less than seven miles away from Rosebourne, these local honeybee farmers have over 100 colonies sited in apiaries across Berkshire and Hampshire.

Becky and her team produce a variety of delicious honeys made by bees that have been left to forage on the heather of the New Forest. Full of flavour, Becky’s honey helps give our cakes their delicious sweetness. DASH accredited, all of Becky’s bees are kept in good health.


Established in 1901, Burbidge’s are a fourth generation craft baker located three miles from Rosebourne. Using only the highest quality ingredients, Burbidge’s prides itself on the freshness of all its products and specialises in traditional baked bread and morning goods.

Committed to quality and consistency, Steve and his team use dough that has been left to ferment for 16 hours, allowing the development of a rich flavour, giving our sandwiches an exquisite taste.

Claytons Eggs

Claytons Eggs is a local, Hampshire-based farm company that has been supplying the finest, free range eggs across the region and neighbouring counties for over 10 years.

Clayton’s fresh eggs are full of flavour, coming from well-kept, nurtured chickens who are free to roam across large open fields and fed without using any artificial flavours, colouring or hormones.


Fjordling Smokehouses was established in 1982 to continue the time honoured traditional Norwegian smoking and curing methods. Based in nearby Romsey, Fjordling source the finest quality meat, poultry and fish available, including their own trout from the Rivers Test and Itchen.

Each product is full of distinctive flavour, having been carefully smoked over oak to allow the delicate smoky flavour of the wood to balance with and complement the natural flavours of the food.

Our fishmonger, Coast to Kitchen, provides us with a huge variety of fresh high quality fish including salmon, fish mix, sea bass and naturally smoked haddock. We recommend the dressed crab, peeled prawns, crayfish tails and lobster soups.

Established in 2012, The Cold Pressed Oil Company produces one of the most natural and versatile oil selections available on the market.

Based at Clare Park Farm in the idyllic Hampshire countryside, all of the seeds used to produce this additive-free cold pressed rapeseed oil are grown on site. Using the traditional method of cold pressing, The Cold Pressed Oil team are able to extract the oil from the seed without losing any of its natural goodness. As a result, this award winning Pure Extra Virgin Rapeseed Oil is both luxuriously smooth and deliciously nutty making it the ideal accompaniment to any dish.

Awarded the Great Taste Gold Star award in 2014, The Cold Pressed Oil Company has extended its range to include two dressings, an infusion range and a new sauce range.


COOK was founded in 1997 by Edward Perry and Dale Penfold. They may have been a small company back then, but they had big dreams: to make the best frozen meals on the planet and be a force for good in society.
