Rosebourne is proud to showcase a variety of regional drink producers in our Food Hall and Restaurant. When dining or shopping at Rosebourne, you’ll be sampling the very best beverages from across Hampshire and its neighbouring counties.


What happens when four blokes sit down in a pub and decide that they can make a better beer than the one they are currently drinking? Answer is a lot more than they bargained for, a tonne of hard work and a considerable chunk of change. Based in the heart of the Test Valley in the Hampshire village of Broughton, Test Brewing was set up by four friends and specialises in quality real ale in cask and bottle.


Hattingley Valley is one of the most respected producers of English sparkling wines in the country. Established in 2008 by Simon Robinson, Hattingley Valley manages over 24 hectares of vines. From the grapes nurtured on Hampshire chalk, to the delicious sparkling wine made unique by the elegant touch of oak, the team prides itself in the quality of its work and outstanding end product. The vines are nurtured throughout the growing year with an environmentally sensitive approach to viticulture that ensures optimum ripeness, yield and fruit quality. Internationally renowned for their skill and dedication, Hattingley Valley has won a number of awards including the Gold Sommelier Wine awards 2016 and the trophy for best sparkling Rose at the UKVA awards. They were also announced the best UK winemakers at the same awards.


Hill Farm has been pressing juice since the 1970s as part of a substantial fruit farm supplying apples and pears to supermarkets. Located within a micro climate in the stunning South Downs National Park, Hill Farm is the perfect spot for quality juice making. Each apple is carefully selected and pressed by Will Dobson and his highly skilled team. Its delicious juice is then gently pasteurised and immediately bottled to keep it fresh and rich in flavour. Pressed with both passion and care, Hill Farm Juice has been commended at the Great Taste awards, Hampshire Farmers’ Markets Drinks Producer and National Fruit Show, and supplies some of the South’s finest hotels, restaurants and retail outlets.

Winchester Distillery

Nestling at the western end of the South Downs Way surrounded by rolling countryside and meandering chalk streams lies Winchester, an ancient city rich in history and steeped in tradition. At the Winchester Distillery we seek to enrich this heritage by crafting small-batch, premium spirits using traditional methods and native botanicals sourced from the surrounding landscape.


Mozzo Coffee was established in 2005 by Grant Lang and has quickly built a reputation for supplying premium coffee to some of the country’s leading hospitality companies. We responsibly source the very best coffee beans which are slowly roasted to create a deep rich flavour, creating a perfect coffee to enjoy at breakfast, lunch or with a piece of cake in the afternoon at Rosebourne.

Upham Brewery

Upham Brewery’s fine real ales are crafted in the grounds of a picturesque 17th century farmstead on the South Downs by our small, passionate and dedicated team. We combine our experience and quest for great taste with our own chalk-purified Hampshire water and the very best British and international hops. The result is a selection of fine real ales, each with a unique character that is full of flavour.
